We all experience difficulties in our lives and mostly we manage to deal with them. However, sometimes we struggle to cope on our own, yet feel unable to share our problem with family or friends. Major events, such as the end of a relationship, loss of a job or death of someone close, can undermine normal coping mechanisms and the ability to come to terms with pain or anger or other emotions aroused in us.
You may be unhappy with aspects of your life that you feel unable to change. This could include your job, relationships, sexuality or self-esteem.
I offer a confidential, professional, non-judgemental setting in which we can talk about anything that is troubling you. Together, we can try to make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and help you find a way forward.
